Guaranteed Christmas Deliveries

All NZ Orders are dispatched with NZ Post from our Puhoi shed in a tranquil bush setting outside Auckland.

Priority Shipping- Overnight delivery to all NZ - Order before 10am

Standard Shipping - 1 to 3 days for most of NZ, Rural and South may take a day or two longer.

*2023 Xmas Delivery Cutoff 20th Dec for North Island urban and South Island Urban (priority shipping only). Rural 18th Dec, Standard south island 19th Dec.

Orders and Shipping

Orders placed using:

Standard Shipping - Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and are usually delivered in 2-4 business days.

Priority Shipping - Orders made before 10am will be dispatched the same day and will usually be delivered overnight. Deliveries can take up to 3 business days.

*Rural Shipping - If your address is considered rural for NZ Post [check your address here], then this is the only shipping option available to you.

Rural addresses do not qualify for Standard Shipping.

*If your address is rural and you have chosen standard shipping, your order can be delayed by an extra day or 2 as we will ask you to either top up your shipping using a payment link or provide us with an urban address.

Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched, we will be able to amend your shipping address. Please send us an email and we will rectify this for you.

As long as your items have not shipped yet, you can easily change or cancel your order by emailing us at:

If your items have already shipped, you will have to send us a request to change/cancel items. Our return/refund policy lasts for 30 days from day of purchase.

Once the courier scans your package, an email will be sent to you with your tracking link. Sometimes this ends up in the Spam Folder. Until you receive this email your order is still being processed.

Great Barrier - Rural delivery only for small items. When purchasing larger items, such as the bucket kits, the charge is up to $25 extra.

Chatham Islands - We do not ship here unfortunately.

Right now, we only ship to Australia and within New Zealand.

We do not personally store or have access to your credit card details. All your information is securely encrypted using an internationally renowned payment system called Stripe.
